Terms of Service

1. Payment & No-Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. Because ParlayAI provides immediate digital access to proprietary analytics and community features, all sales are final, except as these Terms state otherwise. If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please contact support@parlayai.net within 7 days of purchase. All requests are reviewed individually, but refunds are not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under a law that cannot be waived by contract.

2. Plans and Automatic Renewal

ParlayAI offers weekly, monthly and yearly subscription plans, and a one-time Lifetime option. The price of each plan is shown to you before you pay. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every week, month or year, depending on your plan), and we charge your payment method on file at the start of each new period until you cancel. The price you sign up at stays your price for as long as your subscription stays active. If we change the price for new subscribers, it does not change what you pay. If a free trial is offered when you sign up, the terms shown at signup apply, and your subscription starts renewing when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

3. Cancelling or Changing Your Plan

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Account page, using Manage Subscription, or by contacting support@parlayai.net. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the unused part of that period. Where your plan allows it, you can also switch between the weekly, monthly and yearly plans from your Account page, and any charge or credit for a switch is shown to you before you confirm it. A plan bought with a promotional code cannot be switched while that code applies.

4. Lifetime Access

Lifetime is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It never renews and you are never charged for it again. It gives you access to the same picks and features as the subscription plans, as those features exist from time to time, for as long as ParlayAI operates the Service. Lifetime access is personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared.

Only a limited number of Lifetime purchases are offered. If a Lifetime purchase is refunded in full for any reason, Lifetime access ends.

If ParlayAI permanently stops operating the Service, Lifetime access ends when the Service ends, and no refund is given for unused time. We will tell Lifetime members by email at least 30 days before a planned shutdown. We may end Lifetime access without a refund if you break these Terms, for example by sharing paid content.

5. Discord Community Rules

Access to ParlayAI's Discord server is a privilege tied to your subscription or Lifetime access. You agree not to share paid content, harass other members, spam, or post illegal materials. Violation of these rules may result in removal without refund.

If you create a free ParlayAI account, you agree that we may email you about ParlayAI plans and offers. You can stop those emails anytime through the unsubscribe link in any promotional email. Account and billing emails, like your welcome email and receipts, are separate and keep coming either way.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

All ParlayAI content, including analytics models, reports, graphics, and branding, is protected under intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.

7. No-Liability Disclaimers for Gambling Losses

ParlayAI provides analytics and insights for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees of accuracy or success. You assume full responsibility for any financial or wagering decisions based on our information. ParlayAI is not liable for any gambling losses or financial damages.

8. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

If you have a dispute with ParlayAI, please email support@parlayai.net first so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, you and ParlayAI agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider under its consumer arbitration rules, instead of in court. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies there. You and ParlayAI each give up the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or take part in a class, collective or representative action. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will be decided in court, not in arbitration. You can opt out of this section by emailing support@parlayai.net within 30 days after you first agree to these Terms.

9. Age & Jurisdiction Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to access ParlayAI. ParlayAI does not accept wagers. If you choose to bet, you are responsible for meeting the legal betting age in your jurisdiction and for ensuring that your use of sports analytics tools is lawful in your jurisdiction.

10. Responsible Gambling Commitment
